Subject: Follow Up: Meet Me at Milos - Escape to Greece with Just a Spritz in Hand

Hi Michael,

Just wanted to briefly follow up on my note below regarding Meet Me at Milos, the new summer spritz and aperitivo experience launching internationally at estiatorio Milos beginning June 1st.

Given the growing interest in destination-inspired dining and summer entertaining, I thought the program could be a strong fit for any seasonal food, cocktail, or travel inspired coverage you may be working on.

In addition to the spritz menu, Milos has also launched a seasonal Greek Rosé program showcasing a curated selection of rosés from Greece and Cyprus. Featuring indigenous varietals including Xinomavro, Assyrtiko, Agiorgitiko, and Mandilaria, the program offers guests the opportunity to explore the diversity of the Mediterranean through wines sourced from regions such as Santorini, Crete, Naoussa, Nemea, and Paphos.

We’d also still be happy to coordinate a preview or tasting at your nearest Milos location, as well as connect you with Dimitri Zafeiropoulos for additional insight into the menu inspiration and development.

Please find additional details below and looking forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,
Layla

Hi Michael,

Hope you are enjoying the beginnings of summer!

I am reaching out to share an exciting new summer spritz menu launching at internationally renowned Greek dining destination estiatorio Milos called Meet Me at Milos. The campaign will feature a limited collection of spritzes distinctly inspired by Greek islands, alongside a light aperitivo menu designed to complement the sip and reflect the restaurant’s ingredient-driven philosophy. The program will be activated at Milos locations nationally including New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Palm Beach, as well as London.

Since opening its first location in Montréal in 1979, estiatorio Milos has helped redefine how the world experiences Greek cuisine — elevating it into one of the world’s most refined and globally respected dining traditions through pristine sourcing, disciplined simplicity, and the warmth of philoxenia. Built around the citrus, botanicals, and herbs native to Greek islands including Naxos, Mykonos, Kythira, Symi, and Aegean, the Meet Me at Milos menu draws on the same sense of place and seasonality that defines Milos’ approach to Greek gastronomy. The new offerings are rooted in invitation — not “come dine,” but meet me here. A phrase that works for friends, business, spontaneity, and ritual alike.

At its core, Meet Me at Milos romanticizes the feeling of a Greek summer escape. The sun-washed coastlines, slow meals, fresh fish, clinking glasses at golden hour, and the sense of time slowing down, all without needing to board a plane. Especially as travel costs continue to rise, the experience offers guests an accessible way to tap into that effortless Greek summer feeling closer to home, featuring dishes like bright, fresh oysters, an incredible octopus crostini, vibrant salmon tartare, and more.

I would love to hear if this could be of interest for any upcoming summer food and beverage coverage you may be working on? I have included all Spritzes that will be featured below, and I’d also be happy to coordinate interviews with Dimitri Zafeiropoulos, Global Beverage Director at Milos, to help bring the story to life.

Additionally, if you are located near Milos in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, or Palm Beach, please let me know if you would be interested in coming in for a preview for coverage consideration. We’d be happy to coordinate a time that works best for you beginning the week of May 25th and can also continue to coordinate tastings once the menu is live, starting June 1st.

Best,

Layla
